What you”ll be doing
As part of our Events Sales Office team you’ll be there to handle all of our Conference and Events enquires, convert them into definite pieces of business, and handle right through the day of the event.
With the support of your manager, you’ll work on driving conversion, through your confident sales and negotiation skills.
You’ll make sure that events are checked and rechecked down to the very last detail. You’ll know what’s important to each and every guest to make their own individual event a great success for them.
You’ll understand that each and every event and occasion is very different, and you’ll be always one step ahead so you understand exactly what’s needed and when.
You’ll make sure that all of the final arrangements are correct, and you’ll need great questioning skills, a real eye for detail, as well as speedy and accurate administration and computer skills.
You’ll reassure events organisers that everything is in hand, so that they can look forward to a stress free event, as you’ll be totally dedicated to communicating every last detail of the event, giving a smooth handover to the Events Operations teams and a fantastic event to remember.

Good numeracy and literacy.
Previous operational knowledge and experience of IT Events Diary Management system preferably Delphi an advantage.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
