Multi-Skilled Service Engineer

Providing quality service and support for all of Sandvik equipment, you will be the first point of contact for breakdown, maintenance and support and carry out appropriate diagnostics and repairs on site.

You will cover the introduction of MC470 Bolter Miners to Cleveland Potash and to perform duties as required to facilitate installation, maintenance, testing and call out issues. Whilst implementing a customer focused service schedule and regime accross the fleet of Mining equipment, you will also improve machine availability through engineering excellence. Working closely with our after sales dept to ensure on-time delivery of service requirements, you should also work safely and in accordance with the company’s Quality and Environmental policies.

You will be a skilled engineer with significant industry experience and be familiar with and prepared to work underground in a mining environment.

Excellent diagnostic skills together with being company focused, proactive and able to source opportunities for new work is essential.You will also have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, a strong commercial awareness and customer service ethic.
