The Person

Dependant on the Candidates cleint experience the business is may potentially employ the individual in an accounts managment role to deliver service to one of its blue chip clients.

 

The ideal candidate will be qualified to HNC Level or above in either an M&E related or FM related subject and have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in project managing a multi – site operation.

 

Knowledge of building maintenance and HVAC are required as will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering services to the end users and be able to nurture and cultivate relationships at the highest level to generate new opportunities.

 

The role will include management of planned & responsive works to public and private buildings, managment of sub-contractors and allocation of direct labour.
