Our client is a leading provider of Hard FM and support solutions to the property sector. The business has enjoyed growth of circa 10% P.A since 2004 and has a network of offices across the U.K with a national turnover of circa £200m. Typically the business will supply maintenance services to include repair, renewal and new installation of HVAC, BMS Services, Electricals, data cabling and fabric maintenance to the building structure and envelope.  Typical clients include manufacturing locations, Banking organisations, Call Centres, Data Centres, Public buildings (Fire stations, Police etc).

The Person

We are presently seeking  a Facilities Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering multi facilities management to include all aspects of building maintenance with a significant amount of hard M&E services. Typical clients could include fire stations, police stations,  property agents.

Dependant on the Candidates cleint experience the business is may potentially employ the individual in an accounts managment role to deliver service to one of its blue chip clients.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to HNC Level or above in either an M&E related or FM related subject and have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in project managing a multi – site operation.

Knowledge of building maintenance and HVAC are required as will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering services to the end users and be able to nurture and cultivate relationships at the highest level to generate new opportunities.

The role will include management of planned & responsive works to public and private buildings, managment of sub-contractors and allocation of direct labour.

NORCROFT ELECTRICAL

RENEWABLE ENERGY TEAM MANAGERS

£ negotiable + bonus

Due to growth we are seeking experienced electricians and plumbers to manage renewable energy installations.

The role  involves meeting clients, offering best advice, and project managing installations from design, costing,

sourcing materials to the on site management of the installation teams.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant City & Guilds qualifications or HNC, HND or equivalent and have experience of either

Heating or electrical installations, both domestic and commercial.  You will be a great communicator with the ability to meet deadlines

and have a positive attitude to working in a small team.

Experience in heat pumps, bio-mass boilers, Solar thermal and/or Solar P.V. will be an advantage, however full training will be provided

on renewable energy technologies.
